Casino Housekeeping - Porter

It is the responsibility of the Casino Porter employee to maintain the cleanliness of all public areas to the highest standards of excellence. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.Sweep, vacuum, mop, wash and clean all debris from floor.

Clean and sanitize all sinks, toilets and urinals using various chemicals as directed.

Pick up and dispose of properly all empty beer bottles and glasses.

Take care of all blood borne calls, broken glass and/or wet/dry spills immediately.

Signing in and out for keys, radios and equipment on a daily basis and bringing every item back in good working condition.

Use of positive customer service is required at all times.

Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.

• Knowledge and use of basic reading, writing and speaking skills in English.
• Able to work with various chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
• Must be able to communicate over the radio in English.
• 6 months experience preferred Housekeeping related work.
