What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers

Greet customers and guide them through the service process

Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs

Coordinate repair timelines between customers and technicians

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Utilise CRM tools to manage customer communications and appointments

help deliver an outstanding dealership experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For Required Previous customer service experience
