Clinical Autonomy & Sophisticated Panel : Manage a traditional, established adult primary care panel (ages 16+), including 50% geriatrics. The practice specializes in complex medicine and high-quality chronic disease care, as evidenced by winning the prestigious 2025 Jim Sams Clinical Excellence Award for placing in the top 10% nationally for diabetes outcomes.
Prioritize depth of care over volume with a highly manageable daily census averaging 13–16 patients per day. Practice medicine thoughtfully utilizing 20-minute and 40-minute appointment slots, supplemented by selective virtual visits, ensuring ample time for complex clinical decision-making.
Benefit from a highly stable, physician-led environment alongside a collaborative team of 2 Physicians and 2 NPs.
