High School diploma required
Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) or TCC for a LEAD position
Meets background check eligibility
Must have Potty Training experience
Must be able to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Must have toddler experience - 2 1/2 - 3 year olds
Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
Strong classroom management skills
Dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment
Implement lesson plans, training on sight
