Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our PCU Float position.
This role requires floating between different units as needed.
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience may be considered upon review.
The estimated patient ratio is 1:3-4.
Candidates must possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
Skills required include IV start, telemetry, and PCU experience.
Additional skills such as managing arterial lines and feeding tubes are necessary.
The nurse will be part of an interdisciplinary team.
Patient populations will include adults and geriatrics.
The nurse will be responsible for the care of step-down/PCU-type patients.
Flexibility and adaptability to different units are essential in this position.
