Busser Position

The Busser is a crucial support position. As a Busser, you are expected to help create a positive first impression by ensuring 100% cleanliness and sanitation at our tables and in our dining rooms, bars and patios. The duty mainly focuses on the set up and cleanliness of tables, with the removal of glassware, silverware and plateware during or after each visit, along with the sanitation of both the seating area as well as the table itself.

Communication between Hosts and Bussers is essential to keep the restaurant running smoothly. These two departments can control the entire flow of the shift. Both Hosts and Bussers are an integral part of the Front of House team. Throughout the shift you will have numerous opportunities to show them all of your energy, enthusiasm, and know-how and we can't wait for you to be a part of the team!

Visual Abilities - Average, ordinary, visual activity necessary to prepare or inspect documents, containers and food items.

Language Ability

Ability to read a variety of books, magazines and instruction manuals.
