Head of Finance (Remote)

Serve as a strategic business partner across our three entities, providing financial insights to drive cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and consistent reporting.
Partner with company leadership to provide actionable insights on pricing strategy, customer health, and key performance metrics.
Support the technology department by tracking project lifecycles and determining capitalization eligibility.
Partner with the Accounting team to assist with month-end close responsibilities and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Champion innovation by integrating AI and automation tools to enhance departmental performance and scale financial workflows.
Manage financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial consolidation across the organization.
Provide robust decision support through ROI modeling, budget-to-actual reviews, and cost-reduction initiatives to improve business unit health.
8+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with a solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and advanced modeling concepts.

• A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to improve financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred.
