Bartender - The Bar (Seasonal)

Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club Bartender
Carved through the Ponderosa Pines of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club is a nationally recognized and awarded private club. Flagstaff Ranch is located just west of historic Flagstaff, Arizona. The Golf Course is a seasonal club and most operations run for six months each year.
Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, which should be well presented. This may also include non-alcoholic beverages, such as mocktails or sodas. Bartenders must provide outstanding customer service, while being fast-paced and clean within their area. A Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club bartender should be personable, attentive, and team employee with strong communication skills.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members and guests. Order Handling: Take accurate food and beverage orders. Relay orders to the kitchen promptly. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner. Take orders, answer questions, and make and beverage recommendations. Deliver food to the table and ensure orders are correct.
Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables efficiently at bar. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff. Compliance: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, must show proof of Food Handlers card and/or Title 4 for Bartenders. Follow company policies and procedures. Previous bartending experience preferred Familiarity with mixology and restaurant operations. Starting at $18 per hour. Hourly may increase depending on experience.
Bartender experience is preferred. The candidates must possess a can-do attitude and willingness to help others
