Monday-Friday daytime schedule — no evenings, no weekends

Protected admin time built into your schedule for documentation and RBT supervision

CEU stipend + access to in-house professional development

BCBA → Lead BCBA → Clinical Director → Regional Leadership

Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, with a focus on treatment integrity and professional growth

Deliver caregiver training and maintain strong family communication

Collect and analyze client data to guide clinical decision-making

Collaborate with schools, families, and community providers as part of an integrated care team

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year (full time) | $60-$90 an hour (part time) -based on experience

Active BCBA certification (BACB)

Active Tennessee LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) licensure, or eligibility to obtain

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
