Up to $6000 incentive available! We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at Kaleidoscope ABA. Competitive pay and flexibility offered. Salary range $85k–$95k .

Position Description

Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.

Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.

Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.

Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.

Receive support from Clinical Manager, including administrative support, scheduling help, and general assistance with caseload.

Required Experience and Education

Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board).

Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.

Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.

Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.

Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, including long periods of standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. on occasion; ability to crouch, kneel, crawl, and engage with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
