Description:
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of current experience in Med Surg/Tele.
The position requires ability to float within the scope of practice.
Every other weekend availability is mandatory.
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
The daily patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends are 5.
Candidates will be required to follow all facility protocols and guidelines.
Submission must include valid documentation as outlined in the submission guidelines.
References are required, including one from a charge nurse or higher-level supervisor.
Candidates must be able to accept an average schedule of 84 hours per two weeks, alternating between a week of three 12-hour shifts and a week of four 12-hour shifts.
Must be willing to work either a major or minor holiday.
Professional behavior and adherence to policies are expected throughout the assignment.
Background checks will be conducted prior to employment.
This role requires proficiency in accessing and managing ports, cardiac telemetry, and various nursing skills related to patient care management.
Audits are routinely conducted to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Candidates must meet all state regulatory standards and facility requirements.
