Part-Time Community Concierge

Overview AvalonBay Communities, Inc. is an equity REIT that develops and manages apartment homes in top U.The Community Concierge is a part‑time front‑desk role focused on providing exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and vendors.

Position Details Type: Part time - 16 weekly scheduled hours, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00PM to 11:00PM.

Responsibilities Serve as the face of AvalonBay, welcoming and engaging prospects and residents at the front desk.

Monitor foot traffic, provide top‑notch customer service, and implement programs to address resident satisfaction.

Offer assistance, information, and personalized recommendations to enhance the resident experience.

Partner with the leasing office and maintenance team to create a great experience for prospects, move‑in/move‑out processes, and current residents.

Qualifications High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.

Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
