Lead Registered Nurse-Ambulatory care

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Lead, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

• Direct Patient Care in the clinic setting (via phone or in person)
• Facilitate training and/or orientation of clinical staff members, as assigned
• Assist Manager/Leadership with staff performance. May include annual evaluation and improvement planning
• Demonstrate ability to use customer service skills to positively impact the experience of care for our patients, external customers and internal service partners

**Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse licensed by the state of North Dakota
