As a host, you'll greet guests, keep the dining room running smoothly, and set the tone for an amazing experience. Greets customers and guests; Promptly answers phones and routes calls to the proper custodian.
Knowledgeable in areas of menu reading to effectively field questions from guests, vendors and phone inquiries.
Present professional demeanor in attire, language, and attitude.
Perform side work before, during and after shift as has ended.
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and presentation skills focusing on customer satisfaction.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Walking through dining room on carpeted and hard wood flooring.
Position dictates working in a fast-paced environment and subject to irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
