Job Description
Registered Nurse - Critical Care
Schedule
Weekends: Every other weekend; block scheduling not guaranteed.
Assignment Details
Contract length: Not specified; average daily census: 19; typical patient ratio: 1:2 (may be asked to take a 3rd patient).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years RN experience required.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
Experience with ventilator care, CRRT/CVVHD, and dysrhythmia interpretation preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to a diverse adult and geriatric population.
Monitor patient conditions and manage changes in care plans.
Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Compliance / Notes
Compliance documents due by the Tuesday prior to start; all onboarding items expected within 48 hours of contract signing. Maximum of 7 days request time off, finalized at submission; no RTO during orientation week. Major holidays must be worked as scheduled.
