Counselor Assistant (Full Time)

High Focus Centers in Farmington is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Farmington we are currently seeking a Counselor Assistant to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals. Schedule: Full time 40 hours/week Monday-Friday with 2 evening schedules/week

Hourly Rate: $20/hour - $23/hour

Assist in the development and supports in the implementation of resident treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff.

Assist individual, family and process group therapy sessions under the direction of the treatment supervisor including preparing materials for sessions.

Manages client files by having all appropriate documents.

Participates in community meetings with clients.

Receives phone calls from support staff as necessary regarding client behavioral and emotional needs.

Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field
