LPN Opportunity in Greater Seattle AreaAre you a Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN passionate about total direct nursing care of all patients within established standards of care, policies and procedures in Nursing homes? Serene Nursing Services is looking for skilled and experience LPNs to join our growing team and work various shifts in Long term care facilities in Greater Seattle area. This amazing LPN must:Provides direct patient care, assists with care for patients of others (as needed)Makes patient care assignments to other staff members on dutyResponsible for the care delivered by the nursing staff under his/her direction during the shift for which (s)he is on dutyCommunicates effectively all relevant information (e.g., patient information, safety issues, problems with equipment, quality issues, etc.) to immediate supervisor, in timely wayCommunicates and documents changes in patient condition, on a timely basis, to charge nurse/supervisor and physicianInterprets, implements and enforces all facility policies and proceduresAssigns responsibility for the direct care of residentsSupervises the CNA staffObtains and administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniquesObserves patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies resident family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of healthRequirements:Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN with current state license requiredMinimum of (1) one year experience preferredCurrent CPR certificationMust be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills in the nursing process necessary for those patients requiring the expertise of a professional registered nurseCopy of updated Physical, based on state requirementsCopy of updated TB results/ Chest x-rayMust be able to work any shift as needed and be flexible with scheduling requirementsBenefits:Competitive Pay -- maximum $$ pay in the industryWeekly paychecksComprehensive malpractice insuranceWorkers compensation insurance, etc.Visit our Website at for more information.
