S. based position, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role will be instrumental in organizing our portfolio around power distribution within our industrial, commercial, and data center space. This Offer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for Busway, while managing the 4Ps of marketing to drive business growth and customer value.Drive the development of a comprehensive Busway portfolio for the United States including medium and high power busway (design and execution) while ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, sales, and marketing communications to ensure successful lifecycle management of Busway related offers and solutions.Collaborate with other Schneider business units to ensure they are enabled and empowered to use Busway offers in their business.Work closely with sales teams to provide training, tools, and support to enable successful commercialization and sales of Busway.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.Good understanding of power distribution in industrial, commercial, and data center spaces.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.At Schneider Electric, our values and behaviors are the foundation for creating a great culture to support business success.
