Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing Salary $75,000-$80,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to East Tennessee
Join a global manufacturing company where you'll play a key role in supporting employees and partnering with leadership to create a positive workplace. As the Human Resources Generalist, you'll be involved in all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
You'll help attract and hire top talent, coordinate employee communications and plant activities, administer HR policies and programs, assist with benefits, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. You'll also represent the company in the local community and help build strong relationships. What We're Looking For in this Human Resources Generalist position:
