Paediatric Emergency Department Registered Nurse

The role of the Registered Nurse is to perform patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The Registered Nurse provides therapeutic and administrative services necessary for the care of the patient, and in support of the mission of Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
As a member of the Womens/Childrens Float, position will work in the 70-bed

NICU

and cross train to inpatient Pediatrics.
Part-Time; NIGHT-SHIFT (7P-7a+ rotating weekends); skill growth opportunities; Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
PALs required for Pediatrics within 1 month of hire.
Minimum 2 (two) years clinical experience in the NICU and will be cross trained to support Pediatrics in Women’s and Children’s Services Float Pool.
