Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Experience: Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience required

Must-Have: Strong telemetry experience

Epic or Cerner experience preferred

Telemetry observation unit is a 10-bed observation unit for patients being ruled out for certain diagnoses. Diagnoses vary, primarily medical, with occasional overflow surgical cases. There are no medication drips in this unit. Registered Nurses must have strong experience in telemetry. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 1:5. Weekend shifts are required, with 2-3 shifts in a 6-week period. On-call shifts are 5-6 in a 6-week period. Floating within the scope to meet facility needs may be required. Finalized requests for time off must be submitted with application. Preferred candidates will have experience with Cerner but it is not mandatory. All staff members are required to comply with vaccination policies.
