Attorney At Law (Remote)

Fantastic opportunity for a qualified Conflicts Attorney to join an Am Law 100 firm that's a market leader in its specialist area.
This role is 100% remote although individuals must be based in Atlanta and comfortable working PST hours (9.30am-6pm PST).
Responsibilities Reviewing and clearing conflicts of interest for new client and matter intake across a fast-paced transactional practice
Drafting conflict waivers, ethical wall memos, and client consent letters
Consulting with attorney teams and the Office of General Counsel on complex engagement issues
Advising on lateral attorney conflicts and restricted party screening
Helping streamline business acceptance processes
Staying ahead of ethics developments and jurisdictional rule changes across all office locations
Requirements J.D. and active bar admission
2-5 years of transactional conflicts experience, ideally in a mid-to-large law firm
Exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a calm head under pressure
