Registered Nurse Travel Job Telemetry Shift Nights

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Columbia, South Carolina.

Registered Nurse - Cardiac Stepdown Unit (Night Shift)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30, 4x12 hours.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with EPIC EMR experience to provide care in a Cardiac Stepdown Unit. A strong background in managing cardiac patients, interpreting dysrhythmias, and performing essential cardiac care is required.

Monitor telemetry and manage patients with cardiac conditions including STEMI, NSTEMI, and CHF.

Conduct assessments, vital sign monitoring, and patient education.

Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Provide care for patients undergoing procedures such as PPM placement and defibrillator placement.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Stepdown unit.

• 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR is mandatory.
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and administer care during cardiac emergencies.
