TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Morgantown, West Virginia, 26506!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Ortho/Tele
Morgantown, WV | Acute Care
Contract | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend or 2 Weekend Shifts Per Schedule | Holiday Rotation Required
Provide direct patient care on a 22-bed Orthopedic/Telemetry unit with a focus on joint replacements, fractures, and related orthopedic diagnoses
Maintain a patient assignment ratio of 1:5–6, with CNA support on the unit
Monitor telemetry as needed; Collaborate with a Charge Nurse available 24/7 and an interdisciplinary care team
Participate in the holiday rotation as expected for travel staff
Float as needed to designated units within the facility
Active RN license valid for practice in West Virginia
Strong orthopedic nursing background required
COVID-19 vaccination required (full vaccination series); medical or religious exemption requests must be submitted promptly for review
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Experience working on an Orthopedic/Telemetry combination unit
Familiarity with respiratory equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen as needed
Comfort with floating to similar acute care units within a large hospital system
Work within a well-supported unit environment featuring a Charge Nurse on duty 24/7 and dedicated CNA staffing each shift
Gain experience at a recognized acute care facility with a structured unit orientation of 1–2 shifts to set you up for success
