Director of Operations-Independent Supported Living (ISL) Services

70,000 – $100,000 (flexible based on experience)

This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with a growing, mission-driven organization providing 24/7 supportive living services to adults with developmental disabilities.

You’ll work directly with executive leadership as a true right-hand operator , helping bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence across multiple residential homes.

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple supportive living homes

Oversee and support house managers, supervisors, and direct care teams

Ensure compliance with all DMH/state regulations, audits, and documentation standards

ISP/BSP implementation

MARs and medical documentation

Staff scheduling and coverage across 24/7 shifts

Drive accountability, performance, and team development

Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements

Partner closely with executive leadership on staffing, budgeting, and overall operations

Strong knowledge of DMH regulations, audits, and compliance

Hands‑on leadership style - comfortable being in homes and working alongside teams

Experience managing multiple locations or residential programs

Medical and compliance documentation

Experience managing state‑funded programs and budgets

70K – $100K (flexible)
