• Aging Kingdom Homecare is a faith-based, non-medical, in-home care provider that seeks to maintain Quality Life through Quality Care in our clients' homes and the industry. We provide personal care, light housekeeping, transportation and errands, medication reminders, companionship, spiritual care, and much more. Our office is in Portland, and we serve clients throughout Greater Portland, Cumberland and York Counties, and beyond.

Aging Kingdom caregivers provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other inflictions. Personal Care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite.
Responsible for ensuring service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
High School Diploma or GED required
One year of full-time experience in personal care or an institutional setting, such as a hospital or nursing home, or one-year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home care agency setting; Evidence of sympathetic attitude toward elderly care
Ability to work closely supervised to ensure competence in providing client care.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and license.
CPR and First Aid certifications from a recognized provider are a plus
Provide personal hygiene assistance
Help clients take prescribed medication
Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals
Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
