Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Lapeer, Michigan.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) to provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maternal and newborn health.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs to ensure the health and safety of both mother and baby.

Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries.

Manage complications that may arise during labor and delivery.

Educate families on newborn care and promote a smooth transition to parenthood.

Provide antepartum and intrapartum care to patients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.

Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN.

Active state license in Michigan at the time of application.

Work Schedule

36-hour weekly guarantee.

Every other weekend availability required.

Additional requirements may include being on call as specified in the schedule.
