We believe that for you to take care of others, you must be taken care of. You will have a responsive office team that provides the tools, PPE, and clear communication you need to succeed.

You will provide non-medical care including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect.

Maintain detailed care logs, report client changes to the office immediately, and ensure your services remain in full compliance with HIPAA and electronic visit verification (EVV) standards.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with the office staff to provide the "Senior Care, Only Better" experience. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage in recreational activities, conversations, and tasks that improve our clients' quality of life.

Experienced Caregiver: You must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, nursing, or a similar senior care setting. We are looking for caregivers who understand the responsibilities of providing quality, compassionate care and are ready to deliver a high standard of service.

Youve spent time in home care, assisted living, or nursing, and you know that your work is a craft, not just a series of tasks. Tech-Ready & Adaptable: You are comfortable using digital tools to manage your schedule and care documentation. You see technology as a way to spend more time focusing on your clients and less time on administrative friction.

An Empathetic Problem-Solver: You take immense pride in the quality of your work. You follow a care plan with precision while maintaining the independence to make compassionate, real-time decisions that make a clients day brighter.

A valid Texas drivers license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance are required.
