This role will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders and employees to foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Lead and support key HR programs that ensure a compliant and high- performing work environment

Partner on strategic projects that address business challenges and enhance the employee experience

Use workforce data to anticipate hiring needs and support smart, timely talent decisions

Support a strong talent pipeline through effective recruiting, onboarding, and development processes

Help implement meaningful total rewards strategies to attract, recognize, and retain talent

Champion career growth through performance management and learning initiatives

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards with a keen eye for detail

A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast- paced environment

Experience coordinating HR programs and processes, from recruitment to performance management

A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving conflicts and supporting employee engagement initiatives
