About the role As a Tax Accountant, you will support the execution of indirect tax compliance activities, with a primary focus on IRS Form W-8 review and 1042 reporting. This role is ideal for an early-career accounting or tax professional looking to build a strong technical foundation while working closely with experienced tax team members in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What you'll be doing Reviewing IRS Form W-8 documentation from international vendors
Supporting 1042 reporting and related filings
Communicating with vendors regarding tax documentation
Assisting with preparation and filing of other indirect tax returns
Supporting additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
What you need Bachelor’s degree in accounting or taxation
1‑2 years of professional experience or equivalent internships
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with Oracle and/or Avalara is a plus
