Dietary Aide/Server

We seek a positive, professional Dietary Aide. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Assisting the Dietician / Dietary Management and Cook as requested

Helping with meal preparation in accordance with the dietary needs of the residents

Assisting in serving meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance

Timely setting up of meal service and delivery of meal trays and food carts

Adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and clean up

Dishwashing and cleaning of utensils

Disposing of food and waste per facility regulations

Obtaining food supplies for the next meal

Reporting any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or other hazardous materials to a supervisor immediately

Adhering to all facility policies and procedures of the facility

Maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information
