CNA -NURSING CARE

Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Designated Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (DNA/CNA), you provide direct, hands-on care that supports residents' clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative needs in our skilled nursing community. What You'll Do:Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP)Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toiletingObtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in conditionPartner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programsSupport fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiativesMaintain accurate documentation and restorative recordsRespond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concernsFollow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all timesYou play a critical role in promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life for every resident you serve. What We're Looking For:Active CNA certification per state regulationsHigh School Diploma/GEDSkilled nursing or senior care experience preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to remain calm in challenging situationsFlexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service timesPay Range: 19.65 - 24.65Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
