We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for an inpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients and developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans to address a variety of diagnoses. The primary focus will be on improving patient strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. Additionally, the therapist will educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs.
Shift Information

~5x8 hour days

Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical conditions and needs
Create individualized treatment plans
Implement therapy sessions to enhance patient recovery
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Provide education on exercises and health management
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado
A minimum of two years of relevant experience; three to five years preferred
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Mandatory flu vaccination during flu season; no declinations accepted
Housing Opportunity
There are newly remodeled studio apartments available for rent, conveniently located within walking distance from the facility. Rent includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry, and furnished units. Pets are not allowed.
