TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Upland, California, 91786!

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN – TELE)
Upland, CA | Acute Care
Contract | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 16-Week Assignment
Provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
Deliver nursing care on an isolation floor — candidates must be comfortable working within isolation protocols and procedures
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with facility standards
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be valid and in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience
Ability and willingness to work on an isolation unit
Prior experience working in an isolation or infectious disease unit
Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
Experience in an acute care hospital setting
Opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment with a consistent, structured schedule
Gain specialized experience on a telemetry isolation unit with a 16-week contract assignment
