Logistician Needed Immediately

Prepare inventory for shipping, loading on pallets, attaching green tags, creating DD Form 1149 documentation, and shrink-wrapping of pallets in accordance with agency Cargo Shipping Services and Agency Stock System. Track shipments worldwide and interface with sites to establish Arrival on Site (AOS) notification. Working knowledge of laboratory environments with electrical systems, internal and external telephonecommunications, UPS, ventilation, safety, delivery of equipment, and laboratory management and utilization.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).

Completes monthly inventory reports per government guidelines

Manages inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred

Develops material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property

Performs property inventory and Contractor Acquired Property in accordance with Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRL) DD 1423

Documents Contractor Acquired Property in accordance with CDRL DD 1423

Eight (8) years of experience working as a Logistician on contracts of similar scope, complexity, and size.

Bachelors' Degree from accredited college. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree an additional four (4) years of experience as a Logistician.
