Phlebotomist/Full Time-Flexible Hours- Monday -Friday

Location: 1127 South Fremont Avenue Unit C, Alhambra, CA 91803.

Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with rotating weekends.

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collecting payments when required

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

California state‑issued Phlebotomy license (CPT)

1 year or more of experience as a phlebotomist

In lieu of state license requirement, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at the time of hire may meet the requirement

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

21.00 - $33.00 per hour

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan. Employees working less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are limited to participation in the 401(k) Plan. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program
PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
