Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, managing staffing and scheduling, supporting regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment, rehab or acute care experience, and proven leadership skills in a dynamic, nurturing environment focused on excellent outcomes.
