Key Responsibilities:
As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will:
Source and Identify Top Talent: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
Conduct Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Utilize Recruitment Tools: Leverage technology and tools to streamline the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, in the education or healthcare sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
