Reach healthcare professionals through calls, texts, job boards, social media, and referrals to build lasting relationships and find their perfect fit.
Create your own book of business from scratch and manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates through every stage of the hiring journey.
Interview, screen, and advise clinicians while helping them navigate opportunities, negotiate pay, and land positions that match their goals.
Keep quality first. Verify credentials, references, and pre-hire requirements with precision and professionalism.
Provide the kind of candidate and client experience that turns one job into a long-term partnership.
High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus
A proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
The ability to multi-task, stay organized , and move fast without sacrificing quality
Openness to coaching and continuous improvement — because growth never stops
Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM systems ; confident using multiple digital platforms
A passion for helping people succeed — and seeing the impact of your work every day
Bonus Points For
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of recruiting, sales, or staffing industry experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare roles
Phone-based experience (customer service, inside sales, or call center)
Hands-on training and mentorship from industry leaders
