Our client, a well-established Assisted Living Facility in Sebring, Florida, is seeking dependable and compassionate Medical Technicians (Med Techs) to join their care team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with seniors in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

The Med Tech will play a key role in supporting residents with medication administration, daily care needs, and overall resident well-being while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

Accurately document medication administration and resident observations

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff and leadership

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members

Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergency situations

Previous experience as a Med Tech, Medication Aide, CNA, or caregiver in an Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or healthcare setting preferred

Experience working with geriatric residents preferred

Stable full-time shifts available: 10:00AM - 6:00PM
