CNC Swiss MachinistJoin a dynamic team where you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines, specifically the Tsugami brand, to produce medium to long-run medical parts. ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Swiss machines, focusing on the Tsugami brand.Produce medium to long-run medical parts with precision and quality.Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience running CNC Swiss machines, preferably with Tsugami, but other brands such as Citizen and Star are also considered.Enjoy a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus for machinists, along with a shift differential of 20% for the 2nd shift, 25% for the weekend shift, and 30% for the weekend night shift. Experience the benefit of daily overtime pay after 8 hours on a 12-hour shift, and further your education with up to $10,000 per year in tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment. Participate in the apprentice program to enhance your skills and potentially advance to the journeyman program, offering expert status and a higher pay grade.Work in a very clean, medical environment that is a smaller, independently operating location of a larger company.
