Managing Head of Retail Sales

Leads, coaches, guides, advises, mentors, recruits, develops, and manages a team that drives sales for the biggest wireless brands in the industry by motivating part‑time and/or full‑time Wireless Professionals/Specialists to achieve sales and business targets. Sales Managers are assigned a territory of two to five retail stores. Responsible for building and maintaining long‑term trusting partnerships with store leadership and associates. Forges synergy by maintaining effective business relationships at all levels with a team‑based culture of inclusion. Exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self‑confidence, flexibility, analysis, accountability, practicality, presentation, and communication.

Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals.

Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Act as a player‑coach, modeling top‑tier sales techniques and training practices to elevate team success.

Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high‑performing, customer‑focused workforce.

Demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethic, and determination while fostering collaboration with Premium, the client, and in‑store leadership.
