As a Home Health Physical Therapist with Elara Caring , you’ll deliver personalized care to patients throughout the Malden–Melrose territory. Provide hands-on therapy that promotes safety and independence
Help patients recover following illness, injury, surgery or hospitalization
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, equipment and fall prevention
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and clinical leaders
Provide guidance and clinical support to therapy team members when appropriate

Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program
Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
Willingness to travel throughout Malden, Melrose, and nearby communities
Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and current auto insurance
