Human Resources Generalist- Healthcare Recruitment

As an HR Specialist at Munson Healthcare, your day is a dynamic blend of employee support, compliance management, and operational excellence that directly impacts team members across our seven-hospital system. From the moment you arrive, you're the welcoming face of Human Resources, greeting employees and visitors, answering questions, and helping connect people with the resources they need. Throughout the day, you may verify employment eligibility, issue ID badges and parking permits, conduct background and licensure checks, process job transfers and position changes, and ensure employee records remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready. You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Security, Employee Health, managers, and HR Business Partners to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Whether you're tracking certifications, coordinating contractor onboarding, managing personnel documentation, responding to requests from leaders and staff, supporting regulatory surveys, or updating critical HR data, your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality help keep our workforce compliant, connected, and supported. Associate’s degree in HR or three (3) plus years of directly related experience in the human resources discipline, office coordination, executive assistant or department assistant.
