Fabrication Machinist (Night)

Machinist Level I 3rd Shift We are looking for a talented Machinist Level I 3rd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.

Operate equipment safely and reliably by strictly following HSE standards, using PPE, and immediately addressing or reporting hazards to maintain a safe work environment.

Produce high-quality output by adhering to standard work and quality procedures, performing inspections, and identifying and controlling non-conforming materials.

Meet production targets consistently by operating machinery at required cycle times and achieving daily productivity goals.

Maintain equipment performance by completing routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and identifying issues early to reduce downtime.

Support efficient operations by keeping a clean, organized workspace and contributing to smooth production flow.

Stay flexible and dependable by taking on additional tasks as needed to ensure production goals and customer expectations are met.

Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in training, sharing ideas, and helping enhance safety, quality, and process efficiency.

Collaborate effectively with others by building strong working relationships and contributing to shared goals and team success.

Maintain strong customer focus by delivering quality work that meets expectations and supports overall customer satisfaction.

Experience: Minimal or no work experience required.

Must be able to inspect parts to ensure quality compliance and identify defects and tool wear.

High school diploma, GED, certificate or vocational training in manufacturing preferred.
