• ABA SHINE is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. We provide a diverse range of behavior analytic services to individuals across the lifespan through partnerships with the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB), (CCHP), and other funding sources. Our services include comprehensive ABA, focus ABA, Behavior Intervention Services (BIS), Behavior Respite, caregiver coaching, and parent-led intervention models (no CCS clients).

As a BCBA at ABA SHINE, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of programs, populations, and service delivery models, creating a dynamic and rewarding professional experience. Depending on your assigned caseload, you may provide early intervention services for young children, support individuals with complex behavioral needs in home and community settings, supervise Behavior Respite programs, conduct behavioral assessments, develop behavior support plans, train caregivers, and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and mid-level supervisors.

Our clinical model emphasizes a collaborative three-tiered service approach whenever appropriate, allowing BCBAs to lead multidisciplinary teams while providing high-quality supervision, caregiver coaching, and evidence-based interventions. Position: Full -Time In Person Behavior Analyst, Direct Services

Provide One-to-One Parent Coaching:

Model the implementation of individualized ABA interventions

Your hourly rate for this position will be $ 87- $95 per hour

As a full-time employee, you will be paid on a bi-weekly basis, and your hours will be tracked and submitted to our payroll department.

Ethics and Professionalism: Adherence to professional and ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and local regulatory bodies.
