Medication Pass Assistant
Juliette Fowler Communities is a family like environment in serving residents for over 130 years. This position will serve in passing medications and serving residents in an Assisted Living Environment.
Order medications from resident pharmacy as needed
Transcribe new orders from MD appointments and fax new prescriptions to resident pharmacy
Report any unusual or extraordinary changes or occurrences in resident behavior or condition to Nurse Manager
Complete documentation on resident MAR for scheduled and PRN medications given. Document on care notes for the Nurse to transcribe to resident's chart. Complete incident reports, transfer forms and shift report.
Replenish stock items that are low, i.e. medication, drink cups, soap, paper towels etc.
Clean cart and empty trash at the end of each shift.
