Process/Quality Engineering

Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving manufacturing process quality by ensuring production processes are efficient, capable, and compliant with quality standards. This individual partners closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, strengthen process controls, and promote a culture of quality throughout the operation.

Process Quality

Support quality performance across assigned production areas.

Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

Lead investigations into quality concerns using structured problem‑solving methodologies.

Identify opportunities to prevent recurring quality issues through process improvements.

Production Support

Partner with production teams to resolve quality concerns in real time.

Provide guidance and training on quality standards, inspection methods, and best practices.

Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing variation, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.

Collaborate with engineering and operations on process optimization projects.

Quality Management System

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and applicable quality management systems.

Participate in quality initiatives that strengthen overall operational performance.

Assist with quality planning and validation for new products and manufacturing processes.

Support process readiness prior to production launch.

Develop inspection plans and quality documentation for new operations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Five or more years of quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality improvement tools.

Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Ability to build relationships across production, engineering, and operations while thriving in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
