CNC Mill Machinist – Odessa, FL

Join Pharmaworks, a division of ProMach, as a CNC Mill Machinist at our Odessa, FL facility. The role involves producing high‑precision parts that meet exacting tolerances and contribute to our packaging automation solutions.

Produce high‑precision parts utilizing machine shop best practices and maintain quality standards for packaging automation components.

High School Diploma or GED, associate degree, trade school training, or apprenticeship in a mechanical discipline.

2+ years of operating CNC mills (preferably HAAS 3‑axis).

Proven ability to edit and verify programs on the HAAS conversational control for multi‑axis parts.

Ability to set up parts and cutting tools accurately.

Experience machining materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, and engineered plastics.

Ability to contribute to driving process improvements.

Prepared to work occasional overtime when required.

Operate with good manufacturing practices daily and work as part of a solid team.
