The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their executive team and lead the brand's evolution, member growth, and revenue performance. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's brand and growth strategy, with a focus on digital marketing, member acquisition, and retention. This role requires a leader with a strong background in customer segmentation, loyalty program design, and a proven track record in driving growth within consumer-facing, membership-based businesses. Key responsibilities for the CMO include overseeing all marketing functions, aligning strategies with member segments, and maintaining competitive awareness to guide pricing and positioning. The role also involves leading a high-performing marketing organization, fostering a culture of performance and mission alignment, and engaging with the Board and investors. The successful candidate will have at least 12 years' experience in senior marketing leadership, expertise in digital marketing, and a personal passion for fitness and wellness. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced business/marketing degree. The CMO will be expected to work in a dynamic environment, including fitness facilities, and be prepared to travel as needed.
